Faso Agency Supports Presidential Initiative with Donation of Equipment and Food

Ouagadougou: The virtual agency Faso agency donated construction materials and food kits on Saturday in Ouagadougou to the presidential initiative Faso Mebo, in order to support the development efforts undertaken by the President of Faso, Captain Ibrahim Traore. The donation, consisting of one ton of cement, four wheelbarrows, fifteen shovels, fifteen pickaxes, one hundred vests, forty-five pairs of gloves and more than two hundred food kit meals, aims to strengthen citizen participation in the building of the country.

According to Burkina Information Agency, Faso agency manager Bagnon Ousmane Konate stated that this action is part of the patriotic momentum initiated by the Head of State. ‘We decided to participate in building our country. There’s no place like home, and no one else will do it for us,’ he declared.

For Mr. Konate, this gesture reflects the ‘patriotic spirit’ that motivates the members of Faso Agency and many Burkinabe. ‘It’s a source of pride for us to see our compatriots coming together to build the country. What’s happening today was unimaginable a few years ago,’ he added.

The manager praised “Captain Ibrahim Traore’s vision,” which, according to him, promotes reconciliation and unity among the people around a common goal. “You can feel the pride of belonging to this country,” he emphasized.

Mr. Konate also invited all Burkinabe, including those in the diaspora, to get involved in the Faso Mebo initiative, each at their own level. ‘Even in your own regions, participate in Faso Mebo. The whole country wins,’ he concluded, calling on the diaspora to ‘return and invest in the country’ in a context he now considers favorable for business.

Faso Agency is a virtual agency that protects and monetizes social media accounts. Its president resides in France, and the organization has a presence in Europe and the sub-region.
