Nahouri: A meeting to strengthen human resources management in public structures: The Secretary General of the province of Nahouri, Emile Hien, chaired an exchange meeting aimed at improving human resources management within local authorities and decentralized structures.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the meeting, held on September 19, 2025, brought together the regional directorate of the civil service of Nazinon and officials responsible for human resources management. The gathering served as a platform for sharing and pooling knowledge to enhance human resources management in various departments.

Emphasizing the significance of human resources, Secretary General Emile Hien stated, “From conflict management to career support, human resources managers must respond effectively.” He urged participants to fulfill their roles diligently to ensure better management of human resources.

The meeting included two presentations by Roger R. Ouedraogo, the Regional Director of Civil Service for the Nazinon region. The first presentation focused on the Program for Resilience, Local Governance for Basic Services (PRE – GOLS), while the second addressed methods for managing public officials during security crises.

Participants left the meeting equipped with new strategies and committed to improving human resources management within their respective structures. The event was made possible through SP-MABG and the PREGOLS program.
