Nairobi: Principal Secretary (PS) for the State Department for ICT and the Digital Economy, Eng. John Tanui, and Principal Secretary (PS) for Broadcasting and Telecommunications, Stephen Isaboke, were present to oversee the 2025/2026 Ministerial Performance Contracting vetting exercise. The event took place on July 23, 2025, at Telposta Towers.

According to Kenya News Agency, Ahmed Ibrahim, a Performance Management Officer from the State Department for National Government, played a key role in the vetting process.
