Accra: A trailer truck has overturned at the Satellite Junction section of the Ofankor-Nsawam Road, causing heavy traffic congestion and significant delays for commuters. The incident occurred on the service road, prompting traffic diversions and disrupting the flow of vehicles along the busy stretch.

According to Ghana Web, in a video shared on X on June 19, 2026, several vehicles were seen moving slowly as motorists navigated through the congestion. As a result of the accident, many drivers have resorted to using inner roads and alternative routes to reach their destinations, leading to increased traffic on adjoining roads. Authorities are yet to provide details on the cause of the accident.
