Accra: Popular Ghanaian actor and comedian Dr. Likee, also known as Ebenezer Akwasi Antwi, received a brand-new 2022 Toyota Camry from EBA Motors following his successful return from the United Kingdom.

According to Ghana Web, the gesture came after reports surfaced that Dr. Likee sold his personal vehicles to fund his 'Dr Likee Live - A Night of Comedy, Music and Stage Play' concert at the Indigo at The O2 in London. The event, which featured several Ghanaian stars, was a significant achievement for a Ghanaian comedian on the international stage.

Actor Papa Kumasi and Dr. Likee himself revealed that he made enormous sacrifices to ensure the show's success. This included selling his car to invest in the production, covering expenses such as transporting his crew and supporting cast members to the UK.

EBA Motors, moved by Dr. Likee's dedication, decided to reward his efforts with a new car. The company's spokesperson noted that Dr. Likee's commitment to putting Ghana on the global map through hard work and sacrifice inspired them to support him.

Upon receiving the surprise gift, Dr. Likee expressed his profound appreciation to EBA Motors.
