Franco-Arab Burkinabe Students in Jordan Support Faso Mebo Initiative with Donations


Kadiogo: Franco-Arab Burkinabe students residing in Jordan on Thursday donated 2 tons of cement, 4 wheelbarrows, 10 shovels, and 12 gloves to the Faso Mebo Presidential Initiative. This act demonstrates the students’ willingness to respond to the President of Burkina Faso’s call to participate in building the country.



According to Burkina Information Agency, the students also lent a helping hand on the Faso Mebo construction site. This gesture aims to support the humanitarian and social actions carried out by the Initiative for the benefit of the Burkinabe population.



During his speech, a member of the student collective, Salif Tiendrebeogo, stressed the importance of solidarity and social responsibility of the Burkinabe people. “It was natural for us to support such a noble initiative as that carried by Faso Mebo. We are happy to be able to contribute,” he declared.



Salif Tiendrebeogo called on all Burkinabe to become aware of the scope of this initiative and to join the common cause because it is together that we will build a stronger and fairer Faso.
