Governor Kafando Commends Resilience of Constituted Bodies at National Colors Ceremony


Fada n’gourma: The Governor of the Goulmou region, Ram Joseph Kafando, praised the resilience of the constituted bodies in the accomplishment of their missions in the service of the population. This commendation was given during the solemn raising of the national colors in Fada N’Gourma.



According to Burkina Information Agency, the ceremony, held on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, commenced with the performance of the national anthem, the Ditany¨, sung in unison by the attendees. Governor Ram Joseph Kafando emphasized the symbolic importance of the civic ritual, which serves as a reminder of the commitment to national sovereignty that must be renewed daily.



Governor Kafando applauded the dedication of the constituted bodies, highlighting their responsibility to uphold the nation’s values. He remarked that their role involves not only setting an example in their official duties but also promoting patriotism, civic-mindedness, dignity, respect, and justice.



The governor also connected government actions with the ideals of the popular and progressive revolution, which are grounded in social justice, equal opportunities, and sustainable development. He expressed a vision of a Burkina Faso where every citizen finds their place, voices are heard, and collective well-being is prioritized over individual interests.
