According to Ghana Web, the letter, signed by Dennis Miracles Aboagye as Team Lead, emphasizes the necessity of maintaining clear boundaries between the Judiciary and the Executive. The communication from the group underscores the critical role of the Judiciary in constitutional governance, stressing that it must function without external influence to uphold public confidence.

The letter articulates, 'Your Lordship, I write this letter with the deepest respect for the high office you occupy, with genuine concern for the health of our democratic institutions.' It further highlights that public trust in the courts is contingent not only on judicial decisions but also on the conduct that steers clear of perceived alignment with political entities.
