According to Burkina Information Agency, Mr. Ouattara spoke on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, in Dano during the welcoming ceremony for high school graduates from Ioba province returning from a month of compulsory patriotic immersion in Gaoua. During their stay, the immersion students completed modules on civics, discipline, solidarity, and productivity. Some participated in a voluntary blood donation. These young patriots are committed to defending national sovereignty and ready to serve their country.
High Commissioner Innocents Ouattara congratulated them for their exemplary commitment to their country and their brilliant participation in this initiative of the highest authorities of Burkina. He urged them to share the values learned with their peers.
The provincial leader also thanked the parents of students, the actors of the education system, and the defense and security forces who, through their will, supported the government initiative. For about thirty minutes, these young graduates, through songs and dances, expressed their joy at having participated in the first edition of the patriotic immersion.
