The incident resulted in chaos, with bystanders and workers scrambling for safety amid the flying debris and dust.

A white SUV is visible in the footage, parked nearby stacks of building materials when the incident occurred. The video also captures the moment the tricycle overturns mid-trip, with its driver inside at the time of the collision.
